To ensure you get the most enjoyment from your jewellery it will require aftercare to maintain its brilliance.

Chemicals found in everyday products such as hairspray, perfume, body lotion, make-up, etc. can tarnish, wear or damage the look of your jewellery.

Avoid direct sunlight to reduce the chances of fading and keep jewellery from getting wet. Use a good quality silver cloth to keep jewellery shiny. This can also be used on beads and pearls.

Store your jewellery in separate pouches to keep them from scratching each other.

Silver requires further care as it is soft, so careful handling is recommended particularly when storing or transporting pieces. Treat cable slider necklaces and bracelets with extra care to avoid kinking them.
